Managing your department's coordinators

Departments may have multiple coordinators, and as a coordinator you may add others to manage your department's events. You can access the page for managing these tools by clicking "Coordinators" on your dashboard.

Handing off to a new coordinator

If you are leaving your role as coordinator and would like to hand off control to a new coordinator, that process can also be done through a self service process. You cannot remove yourself as a coordinator though, so to transfer control to a new coordinator you must add them as a coordinator, and then they have to remove you.

This process is to help ensure that a department always has at least one active coordinator.
