Logging into your dashboard
You are identified throughout this site using you main campus NetID. When prompted to sign in you should use your @unm.edu email address and the password you would use to sign into my.unm.edu.
There is a login link in the header of the site, and you will also be prompted to log in whenever you visit an access-controlled page.
Once you are signed in, there will also be a link to your dashboard in the user menu at the top right of every page, labelled "My Departments."
Bookmarking your dashboard
You can view a list of all organizations for which you are currently listed as a coordinator on a single dashboard at graduation.unm.edu/departmental/my_organizations.html and this would be a helpful page to bookmark.
If you coordinate for multiple departments you can bookmark this page to have access to all your admin dashboards on one page. If you only coordinate a single department, it might be more convenient to bookmark the "Manage events" page for your single department. The manage events page is where you will access most of the day-to-day operations for convocation coordination.

- Demo department: A link to the public page for your department
- Coordinators: The interface to add and remove other convocation coordinators
- Edit department: Interface to edit your department's global settings, such as contact information and signup window defaults
- Manage events: Interface for viewing and managing upcoming convocations for this department
Event action menu
When you are logged in the links you see next to an event in your manage events page will also appear in a blue "action menu" on most pages associated with that event. This is worth becoming familiar with, as it is often the most convenient way to navigate between an event's various tool and report pages.
